Before founding GRInfotech in early 2006, Anandan worked with VISA (Austin, TX, USA) and Fidelity (Charlote, NC, USA),  Paypal, NEC (Japan), MerrillLynch (East Croydon, UK) and held various management and technical architect positions.  Managed team of 100+ effectively for Fidelity with both onshore and offshore model and managed revenue of 6M projects in a year.  Also managed product development and architect for TPBase, GrandCO, COBE.
